Welcome to Product Drills! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Product Drills website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully.
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Product Drills offers both a free and paid subscription service. By subscribing to a paid plan ("Plus" or "Teams"), you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Product Drills, Inc. and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your personal data, such as your drill attempts and performance metrics. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze this data to provide and improve the Service, including displaying your performance on leaderboards and providing aggregated peer data.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature on your profile page.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Product Drills makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. The content provided is for training purposes and may contain inaccuracies. All information should be verified for accuracy.
In no event shall Product Drills, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
